PLACEMENT

The Phylmar Group, Inc. now offers placement services for short and long-term environmental, health, and safety assignments. Born from a request from our clients, the idea became further refined into a formal program we now provide to assist organizations during downsizing, temporary family leave requests, and general turnover. Having one or more members of a team absent during a critical point in a project or number of projects can be staggering and cause delays that can result in penalties and organizational setbacks. Under our standard master contract agreement, we can very quickly place a highly experienced individual where there is a gap and keep the momentum and continuity of a project in tact. We have access to a growing number of qualified candidates who are thoroughly interviewed and scrutinized before being presented or placed at our client sites.

REDUCING COST

Reducing the time consuming effort and cost to source and contract with high quality, senior EHS and SR consultants throughoutthe world.  Our clients save precious time by not having to negotiate contracts and spending considerable effort to locate and validate the right partner.  Using Phylmar as an intermediary conserves precious human resources and capital.  Most of our affiliates are small or medium sized firms with lower overhead than large organizations, and we pass on the savings to our clients.  Our senior affiliates do the work themselves or are intimately involved in the project management, unlike many larger organizations where the senior staff “sells” the work, but the junior staff does the work.

 

REDUCING COMPLEXITY

Reducing complexity by relieving you of the project management burden associated with worldwide EHS and SR initiatives.  All administrative processes flow through Phylmar, thereby expediting and simplifying the contracting process. After a master consulting agreement is in place with the client, all invoicing from the affiliates (our local EHS or SR experts) goes to Phylmar and is consolidated into one invoice for each project and sent to the client on a semi-monthly basis.  The client does not have to deal with multiple vendor contracts or invoices.

 

REDUCING RISK

Reducing business risk through a rigorous QA/QC process in which every work product from an affiliate is reviewed by your Phylmar Client Advisor before you ever see the draft. Our familiarity with the client’s needs and operations allows us to become an extension of the client’s staff, providing the local EHS or SR expert working on your project with direction and reviewing project documents that the client would normally have to perform, thus saving the client time and money.  Phylmar manages project milestones and ensures client expectations are met.

 



CREATING SUSTAINABLE VALUE

Creating sustainable value for all stakeholders is a key component to the long term success of any project.  A process of value identification is an important step in the Phylmar project process.  Together, the value and key metrics of the outcomes are identified and agreed upfront.
