The Phylmar Group, Inc. provided risk communication training for a client’s European, Middle Eastern, and African regional environmental health and safety staff. Attendees came from 9 different countries throughout the division. Topics included in the week long training session were understanding risk communication, planning and implementing a risk communication program, and interfacing with the media. Case studies and a variety of hands-on exercises were incorporated into the training to provide the participants with an opportunity to respond to real life situations.
