Provided risk communication training and developed crisis response that allowed facility to quickly resolve issues surrounding a urea barge spill in Alaska’s Cook Inlet. Provided for effective communications with both internal and external audiences, including emergency responders, to manage the crisis and mitigate its impacts on the organization.
